Our child family care services aim to put the child or young person right at the heart of the care they receive, so that we can support and empower children, young people and families in choice and decision-making in order to achieve positive outcomes.
All our care and support workers are given child protection training as safe guarding is one of our key focuses. We can provide many specialist services to children including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, cerebral palsy and diabetes. Our child family care staff are all trained in these areas. You will be personally introduced to your team of care and support staff.
We tailor make every plan to suit your needs and ensure that we treat people in a way that we would like to be treated ourselves. We use person centred values in everything that we do.
Support and Help for Parents
We understand from our experience that we must work in partnership with all concerned in the child’s wellbeing to provide a safe environment in which individually tailored homecare can help each child to develop a range of skills and realise their potential.
We offer a variety of home care services for children and respite support and help for their parents, to support the child’s specific needs and enable them to live their lives in the way they would want. Our vision is to ensure those children with special needs, and their families, experience positive outcomes from the services we provide.
