Buddy Programme – we operate a “Buddy” programme which means that we will appoint all new starters with a member of staff who can assist them with day to day matters and help them become comfortable in their new working environment. Your “buddy” will also have with any organisational and operational structure to the business. A “buddy” will ensure that they maintain regular contact with you to discuss any issues that you may have encountered.
Care and Support Staff – Avant has a duty of care to all staff and their security is paramount to the company. Therefore all care and support staff that are in the field are issued with a mobile phone that enables them to log in and out of calls safely.
