Avant’s leadership team is a group of highly experienced care professionals, the people behind our business and yours. Our aim is to create an outstanding UK-owned franchise network, providing quality services to help a wide range of people.
Sally Graham is the Managing Director of Avant Healthcare Services Ltd.
Sally sold her business to one of the UK’s top five home care companies in 2010 and then began work on her new venture ably supported by Deepa Dungar, Operations Manager and a shareholder in the new operation. Deepa has worked with Sally for over eight years, playing a significant part in the success of the previous business with her inspirational energy and drive to achieve and deliver quality care and support services.
Sally started her first business in 1996 as a franchisee and quickly built up a highly successful multi-site operation covering nine territories. Sally sold her £12m turnover business to one of the UK’s top five home care companies in 2010 and then began work on her new venture, Avant.
Deepa is a shareholder in Avant. She played a key role in setting up the business with Sally Graham, and in its subsequent success. Deepa has many years’ experience in adult social care, including more than eight years in training management, quality assurance and human resources management. Using her management background in social care, she is helping to guide the company through change as it grows, ensuring we continue to provide an excellent service.
Mike is probably the most experienced multi-sector senior franchise manager in the UK. Over the last 27 years, he has been responsible for the growth and development of several health, social care and service industry businesses with both franchised and company-owned national networks.
As a PLC board director, he headed up a £320-million operation in health and social care, which included the market leader in franchised domiciliary care services at the time. Not surprisingly, Mike has built up an enviable track record in growing service industry operations, as well as in-depth experience in business acquisitions.
He is also a qualified business coach.
Jane Orr-Campbell has been specialising in homecare since 1996. Having worked in a large corporate organisation and run her own highly successful seven-branch business, Jane has been supporting providers of homecare since 2008 as an independent consultant.
She is a leading consultant in fields such as compliance, management training and tendering and UKHCA regularly use Jane to deliver training for providers on their behalf. Clients say that Jane is valued for her down to earth approach and in depth knowledge of the sector. Jane says “My aim as a consultant is to enable homecare providers to tap into expert resources usually only affordable to very large organisations. If I don’t have the answers, I usually know someone who does”.
