Shafaque Khan is the Operations Manager of Avant Healthcare Services with vast experience in Management and visible Leadership roles which includes her in depth knowledge of recruiting and managing staff teams, managing budgets and liaising and maintaining partnerships with other local organisations. Though Shafaque has been associated with the financial industry since 15 years but at the same time worked along with the community for voluntary and charity work which further made her way towards care for people which she is really passionate about and looking forward towards it.
Kashif has 25 years of considerable experience in Financial sector and working for community development which made him realize his potential for working in the community. To unleash his prospective he has chosen a care sector for his development of business skills where he would certainly make a difference by reaching to the people as per their needs and preferences. Kashif’s aim is to deliver outstanding person centred care to individuals in their own homes by ensuring well trained and skilled staff availability in his work place which are the core values of the company.
Daniel has worked within the Health and Social Care Industry for the past 12 years in both a professional and personal capacity. He has a keen interest and passion for care and his passion lies in providing a service which exceeds any and all expectations.
